On looking back over the past two and a half years I want to let you know how much I appreciate your help and support throughout our time of need. Your aide’s provided Jack with very efficient and very caring support and this kept him comfortable and relieved. Also these excellent helpers made it possible for me to take a little time for myself, knowing that jack was in fine hands. Your own personal caring, interest is greatly appreciated. My wife used this company service for just under one year, prior to her death in 2004. The care she received from her team of CNA’s definitely made her last few months that much more tolerable. They treated my wife with the utmost respect and made her feel more like a person than just a patient. I found them to be prompt, dependable and trustworthy.
If a problem ever arose concerning my wife’s health and well being, the CNA team would not hesitate to call me at work to address the problem and work on a solution over the phone . I just wanted to drop a line to let you know that Lisa is doing a wonderful job taking care of my dad. You can tell she takes her job seriously. She is very caring, I am so glad Lisa is there for my Dad.

My mom has really enjoyed having darlene assist her. Darlene is a lovely, pleasant and friendly woman. I’ve enjoyed talking with her and hope she continues to have the great energy to work so hard. she would make a good neighbor. Thank you for sending her to our home.

Dear Lois:
I wanted to take a minute to thank you and your staff for the excellent care you provided for my father. Michelle was especially caring and attentive to his needs and knew when to prod him and when to leave him alone. she took the time to get to know him as much as was possible and that made a big difference. My sister and I believe that she made the last few months the best they could be for him.

Dear Lois & Howie:
Having experienced the most difficult time of our lived with the death of our mother, mary, my family and I would like to thank both of you for all of the concern and cooperation you showed during this time. Your efforts in making certain that our mother received the best of care, brought your employee June Sinclair into all of our lives, but particularly , into mom’s. She truly showed that it means to care for someone else, not only physically, but spiritually. Unfortunately, my brother, sister and I were out of town at the time of our mother’s passing, but I understand from my dad, my other sister, brother-in-law, and my daughter, that June was extremely helpful in mom’s final hours. for this, we will always be grateful to June, and i have written a note to her to tell her the same thing.
Also, we want to thank bother of you for remembering our mother with your contribution.
